CLINTON, GARDNER PACE OWLS AT PRINCETON RELAYS

PRINCETON, NJ -- Senior Rachel Clinton turned in another stellar performance in leading the Temple women's track team to a fifth place finish at Saturday's Princeton Relays. Clinton won the 60m hurdles in a time of 8.74, setting a meet record in the process, and finished fifth in the 60m dash (8.02). Sophomore Tynisha Gardner also was impressive, finishing second in the 400m dash in a time of 58.57.
Senior Jessica Dunston had the top time in the 60m hurdles during the preliminaries (8.85), but did not finish in the finals. Sophomore Kehnesha Oldacre placed third in the long jump (17'4").
Temple will split its squad for next weekend, as it competes at the Penn State National Invitational and the Bison Invitational.
