PHILADELPHA -- The Temple men's tennis team posted a 6-1 win over Ursinus on Saturday afternoon. The Owls improved to 2-8 on the season with the win
Seniors Tyler Wynne and Yhonny Murray set the pace with an 8-2 doubles victory. The two also posted straight set wins at first and second singles, respectively. Teammates Matt Struble and Elad Ziv followed suit, taking their doubles match by an identical 6-2 score and posting straight set wins at third and fourth singles. Kris Celtnieks picked up the Owls final point with a straight set win at sixth singles.
Temple next plays La Salle on Wednesday, March 30 at Arthur Ashe Courts (3:00 p.m.).
