LOGAN TERRY NAMED TO A-10 ACADEMIC ALL-CONFERENCE GOLF TEAM

PHILADELPHIA -- Temple University sophomore Logan Terry has been named to the Atlantic 10 Men's Golf Academic All-Conference team, in voting conducted among the league's Sports Information Directors.
Terry maintains a 3.41 cumulative grade point average in business law. He has been cited on Temple's Dean's List, as well as its Athletic Director's Honor Roll.
Terry competed in all 12 events during the 2004-05 season and had a 77.0 stroke average based on 2,042 strokes in 26.5 rounds. He finished tied for ninth at The McLaughlin in September with a nine-over 219 (70-77-72) and shot a career low 68 in the second round of the James Madison Invitational in October en route to a 17th place finish. Terry placed tied for 18th at the Scotty Duncan Memorial (May 1-2) to help Temple to the tournament title and tied for 25th at the A-10 Championship with a 1.5-round 117. He played 14 rounds at 76 or better and six rounds at 73 or better in 2004-05.
Terry has played in every tournament (24 events) in his two seasons at Temple and has a 76.7 career stroke average and five career top 10 finishes. He was named an A-10 Rookie of the Week twice during his freshman season (2003-04).
