MIAMI -- The Temple men's won its fifth straight match, edging Florida Atlantic, 4-3, Wednesday afternoon. The Owls improve to 8-2 under first-year head coach Steve Mauro.
Milan Juricka and Philip Gegenheimer posted singles wins at the second and fifth slots, respectively. Juricka and Gegenheimer won at second doubles and the Owls won the third doubles point by default. FAU defaulted at sixth singles to give TU the match,
Temple returns to action March 9 against Palm Beach Atlantic.
