Temple Basketball Announces Radio And TV Coaches' Shows

PHILADELPHIA - For the second straight season Temple men's basketball coach Fran Dunphy and women's basketball coach Dawn Staley will be teaming up for radio and television shows. The Temple Basketball Show, a 30-minute radio show on The Big Talker, 1210 WPHT, will tape live at The Draught Horse at 7:00 p.m. on Mondays during the basketball season (with the exception of Christmas and New Year's Eve) and air at 8:30 p.m. This Monday's show, which will feature senior co-captain Chris Clark from the men's basketball team, will begin taping at 6:45 p.m. Inside Temple Basketball a monthly television program, debuts on Comcast SportsNet on Monday, January 7 at 8:30 p.m. Harry Donahue, the voice of Temple Athletics, will serve as the host for both programs.
Inside Temple Basketball will also be taped live at The Draught Horse, located near the corner of 15th and C.B. Moore Avenue. The show will be taped on Thursday, January 3 (7:00 p.m.) and the second episode will tape on Tuesday, February 12 and air on Friday, February 15 at 7:00 p.m. The show, produced by Ken Sellinger of CCI Communications in West Chester, Pa., will have one replay each week and can also be accessed for one week following its initial air date by Comcast's digital cable subscribers via its OnDemand service.
