Triple Threat
LaKeisha Eaddy nearly did what hadn't been done in 20 years...achieved a triple-double. In the win at Illinois (11/23), the junior had a team-high 17 points to go along with career-highs of nine rebounds and eight assists.
The Great Defenders
Temple has always been a strong rebounding team but this season, they are especially strong on the defensive end. Of TU's 127 total rebounds, 92 of them are defensive. The Owls have had at least 30 defensive boards in all three contests this season.
Sure Shot
Primarily known as a defensive team, Temple has really stepped up its shooting game this season. The Owls have made 46.4% of their shots thus far this season and seven of TU's 12 players are making at least 40% of their shots taken. They haven't slacked on their defense, however, limiting opponents to just a 33.3% shooting clip.
