Temple's Men's And Women's Soccer Teams To Host Doubleheader at Christopher Dock High School

PHILADELPHIA- Christopher Dock High School in Lansdale, Pa. will play host to Friday Night College Soccer when the Temple men's and women's soccer teams play a double-header on April 11. The men's team kicks off at 6:00pm, followed by the women's game at 8:00pm.
The Owl men's team will compete against LaSalle University, in what will be a a rematch of their 2007 fall game. The Cherry and White topped the Explorers, 2-0, on their home field in Ambler, PA.
"We are excited to play a spring game at Dock this year, it is a great opportunity to showcase our teams to the area youth soccer players," commented Dave MacWilliams, Temple's Head Men's Soccer coach. "There are a lot of youth soccer players in this area and we hope they will come out and watch the game and see what Division I Soccer is all about."
The women's game is slated for 8:00pm and will feature Temple against West Chester, in the the first meeting between the two schools.
"Our coaching staff and team is very excited to play a game at Christopher Dock," said David Jones, head women's soccer coach at Temple. "They have great facilities and several of our players have played there before during their high school careers."
Tickets can be purchased at the gate and will be $5 for both games.
