Bozic Named Atlantic 10 Golf Rookie Of The Week

PHILADELPHIA - Temple freshman Sasha Bozic has been named the Atlantic 10 Golf Rookie of the Week, the conference office announced on Monday. Bozic finished in a tie for 29th overall in the 148-player field with a 77-71=148 (+8) at the Yale Spring Opener this weekend.
His eight-over finish was just five strokes off the lead and his 71 on Sunday tied a career-best. He helped the Owls to a six-place finish in the 27-team field with a season-best two-round total of 591. Bozic is third on the team with a 76.1 stroke average. It marks his second A-10 Rookie of the Week honor this season.
