Landry Selected Big Five Player Of The Week

PHILADELPHIA Shenita Landry averaged a double-double of 16.5 ppg and 12.5 rpg to lead Temple to a 1-1 week and earn her second Philadelphia Big Five Player of the Week honor of the season.
In the Owls 95-48 win over Rhode Island, Landry had 19 points and 11 rebounds. She shot 8-13 (61.5%) from the field and had four assists, one steal and one block. In the loss at Duquesne, she had a double-double of 14 points and 14 boards, including a double-double in the first half, while adding two assists and a career-high four blocks.
Landry is leading the Owls in scoring and rebounding with 13.1 ppg and 9.4 rpg.
