Senior earns recognition for the second consecutive season
PHILADELPHIA – For the second-straight season, Temple men's soccer standout J.T. Noone has been named a member of the 2009 NSCAA/adidas Mid-Atlantic All-Region first team.
The Harrisburg, PA (Central Dauphin) native is again building an impressive off-season resume. Already named first team All-Atlantic 10 Conference and Academic All-Conference, Noone was honored as an ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America University Division first team member.
Selected to the Soccer Six All-Star team for the second year in a row, it was recently announced that Noone is one of 62 Division I seniors invited to the 2010 adidas MLS Player Combine held in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
Breaking the Temple career record for assists this season (26), Noone led the Owls in assists (7) for the third consecutive year. Over his four-year tenure, the senior midfielder amassed 50 points (12 g, 26 a).
