PHILADELPHIA – Announced at the league's annual awards banquet, the Soccer Six has named Temple men's soccer head coach Dave MacWilliams the Bill Harris Coach of the Year. Along with MacWilliams, the Soccer Six dubbed Owls' junior keeper Bret Mollon, senior midfielder J.T. Noone, and senior defender Martin Dell'Arciprete 2009 All-Stars.

This marks the third time in his tenure that MacWilliams has been named Coach of the Year. The Owls' mentor guided his team to a 9-7-2 overall record, going 2-0-0 in Soccer Six play. They finished the year tied with Drexel for a share of the league championship.

For the second consecutive year, team co-captain Noone is a member of the PS6 All-Star team. The Harrisburg, Pa. (Central Dauphin) native led the league in assists per game (.41) and also ranked tied for first in the Atlantic 10 conference in that statistic.
