Eaddy Named Atlantic 10 Co-Player Of The Week

PHILADELPHIA -After leading the Temple women's basketball team to wins over Fordham and Saint Louis, LaKeisha Eaddy was named the Atlantic 10's and Big Five's Co-Player of the Week. This is the first Player of the Week honor for the junior, who is averaging 11.3 ppg.
Eaddy averaged 17 points, 7.5 assists and three rebounds and steals per game in two wins, allowing the Owls to preserve their 18 game home A-10 winning streak. In the game at Fordham, she led all scorers with 20 points and added three steals and four assists. The junior posted her third double-double of points and assists of the season with 14 points and 11 assists in Sunday's win over Saint Louis. She also added four boards and three steals.
Temple is currently 15-7 overall, 6-2 in the Atlantic 10, and have won four straight games.
