PHILADELPHIA Sophomore guard Lindsay Kimmel has decided to leave the Temple womens basketball program and transfer to another Division I institution.

Kimmel, a three-point specialist, started in 17 of 31 games for the Owls last season, averaging 5.3 ppg and 1.9 rpg. The Binghamton, N.Y. native made 44 of 131 treys, including six in games against Tulane (12/28) and Rhode Island (1/14).
