The Temple University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics has partnered with one of the top collegiate web companies, Internet Consulting Services (ICS) SIDEARM, to create a new design and re-launch its athletics website, www.owlsports.com, the official home of the Owls' 24 varsity athletic programs, announced Associate Athletic Director for Communications Larry Dougherty.
