Owls' senior led team to 2-0 week with a goal and two assists

PHILADELPHIA – Temple men's soccer standout J.T. Noone has been named Soccer Six Co-Player of the Week, sharing the honor with Villanova's Mike Seamon.  Noone boasted four points in a 2-0 TU week, highlighted by a double-overtime win over Penn.

Against Penn, Noone notched the Owls first tally, leading the team into a thrilling 3-2 2OT finish, and capturing a share of the Soccer Six title with Drexel.

On Sunday against Hartford, the Harrisburg, Pa. native (Central Dauphin) dished both goals in the Cherry and White's 2-1 win, marking TU's third-straight victory.

Noone leads the team and Atlantic 10 Conference in assists (5) and assists per game (.62), and is tied for first in the Soccer Six in assists.

The Owls wrap up non-conference play on Saturday, when they take the pitch against Siena at 1:00 p.m. at Ambler Sports Complex.
