Volleyball Set to Host Two A-10 Matches Friday and Saturday

PHILADELPHIA - Looking to get back on the winning track, the Temple volleyball team will play host to Saint Louis and Duquesne in Atlantic 10 action this weekend at McGonigle Hall. The matches are set for 7:00 p.m. on Friday, Oct. 22 and Saturday, Oct. 23, and live streaming will be available for both.
Temple has lost its last four matches, including a tough, 3-2 loss at Charlotte last weekend. The Owls are 4-17 overall and 1-6 in A-10 play. Hitting errors have proved costly, but defense has been a strong point for Temple all season long. Senior Ariel Pierre leads the team and ranks second in the A-10 with 5.04 digs per set.
Saint Louis is currently 11-9 overall and 4-2 in A-10 play. Duquesne stands at 16-6 for the season and is also 4-2 in league play.
