Uscatu Named ECAC Women’s Gymnastics Specialist Of The Week

Sophomore scored a 9.50 on vault at Liberty Classic
PHILADELPHIA – Announced by the Eastern Collegiate Athletic Conference, Temple women's gymnastics sophomore Lexi Uscatu was named ECAC Women's Gymnastics Specialist of the Week, for the week ending February 8.
Uscatu, who returned to the Owls after a hernia surgery a year ago, made her home debut in the Liberty Classic scoring a 9.500 on vault, leading the Temple vault team to a season high total of 47.825 and the overall win.
This weekend, the Owls travel to compete against conference-rival Townson, Saturday, February 20 at 2:00 p.m.
