Owings Mills, MD - The Temple golf team placed seventh of nine teams at the Caves Valley Spring Intercollegiate, hosted by Yale University. Junior Andrew Mason led the Owls on Sunday's final day of competition with a 73 while redshirt freshman Devin Bibeau carded a 76.
Bibeau, who tied for ninth overall, led the Owls in a tournament for the first time in his career, carding a 79-76 for a two-day total of 155. Mason was two strokes back (84-73=157, t-15th) followed by Mark Edmondson (77-82=159, t-23rd), Joe Kim (78-88=166, t-35th) and Eric Plisko (86-93=179, t-43rd).
Temple next travels to Penn State for the 34th Annual Rutherford Intercollegiate, held on Penn State's Blue Course April 24-25.
