Mark Edmondson Named A-10 Golfer of the Week

PHILADELPHIA (04/26/10) – Temple junior Mark Edmondson has been named the Atlantic 10 Conference Golfer of the Week for the week ending April 25.
Edmondson, a native of Sicklersville, NJ (St. Augustine Prep), posted his highest finish in his collegiate career, tying for fourth overall in a field of 78 golfers, at the 14-team Rutherford Intercollegiate held at Penn State University's Blue Golf Course.
In his first career top five finish, Edmondson carded a 72-72-77 for an eight over-par 221. The Owls tied for 12th as a team.
Temple ends its season this coming weekend at the Atlantic 10 Conference Championships held at the Mission Inn Resort and Club in Howey-in-the-Hills, FL.
