Lacrosse to Honor Four Seniors in Final Home Game vs. #8 Towson on Thursday

PHILADELPHIA - Four seniors playing in the final home game of their careers will be honored prior to the Temple lacrosse team's final home game on Thursday, April 29 at 3:00 p.m. The Owls (7-8) will play host to the Towson Tigers (12-3), currently ranked eighth in the nation.
Temple is coming off an appearance in the Atlantic 10 Semifinals that saw the fourth-seeded Owls lose 15-13 to top-seeded Richmond. After their game against Towson, the Owls will conclude the 2010 season with a road game at Penn State on Saturday, May 1.
Seniors Lindsey Colferai, Jess Colucci, Chelsea Rosiek and Tracy Zimmer will be honored 15 minutes prior to the start of Thursday's game, which will be the last home game of their four-year careers.
Temple's newly-adopted sister through the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation, four-year old Lily Adkins, will be in attendance, wearing jersey #31.
The Owls have gone 1-1 against nationally-ranked teams so far this season, losing to #4 Penn but defeating #17 Princeton.
Towson has won five straight games, and is preparing for its upcoming semifinal in Colonial Athletic Association conference tournament.
