Cowart finishes eighth, 4x400m relay takes third
PRINCETON, N.J. – The women's 4x400m relay team combined for a third place finish while junior Assata Cowart placed eight in Sunday's competition at the 2010 ECAC Championships, held at Princeton University.
The 4x400m relay team – senior Christiana Taylor, juniors Paris Williams, Tashima Stephens, Shadaya Bennett – ran 3:39.73 to place third.
Cowart posted a time of 1:00.33 in the 400m hurdles, placing eighth.
Overall, the women placed 25th out of the 55 teams competing.
