SILENCING OF THE RAMS

Going on the road to face the Fordham Rams, the Owls once again left no doubt, jumping out to a 15-0 lead and going on to a 71-28 win. Fordham's 28 points were the lowest for a Temple opponent since 1984.

Shey Peddy has earned it twice (after strong showings in wins vs. Rutgers and at Auburn, and again after averaging 19.5 ppg in wins vs. Saint Joseph's and Penn). Kristen McCarthy was recently the honoree in back-to-back weeks, after scoring 22 points at Charlotte one week and then averaging 14.5 ppg in two wins vs. Rhode Island and Fordham.
