Filip and Kacper Rams Active at ITA All-American Championship

Play halted in singles play for brothers in challenging tournament
TULSA, Okla. – Temple's Filip and Kacper Rams completed play today at the ITA All-American Championship, being held at the Michael D. Case Tennis Center on the campus of the University of Tulsa. The event is scheduled to take place from October 1-9, 2011.
Continuing play in the Pre-Qualifying round, Kacper Rams came up against a tough opponent in Jamie Whiteford of William & Mary, dropping the decision, 6-0, 6-1. Whiteford went on to advance to the Qualifying Draw out of his bracket.
Filip Rams also struggled in his only match of the day, dropping a three-set (5-7, 6-1, 6-3) decision to Duke's Luke Marchese on Sunday.
The duo will be in action in the doubles portion of play on Tuesday, October 3.
The Temple squad is back in action on October 7-9 at the Hofstra Invitational.
