Moore wins weight throw

CHESTER, Pa. - A trio of women's track & field athletes competed at the Widener Invitational, held Friday evening. Sophomore Ebony Moore led the way for the Owls, taking top honors in the weight throw.
Moore won the event with a heave of 46-00.75. Also competing in the event for the Owls was junior Brittany Weston, who placed fifth with a throw of 41-07.25. Junior Sarah Poserina competed in the pole vault for TU, placing fourth by clearing 7-06.50.
The Owls are still in action this weekend as the team competes at the Monmouth Invitational on February 5.
