Moore wins discus with near ECAC mark, places third in shot put
POMONA, N.J. - Junior Ebony Moore placed first in the discus with ECAC marks and placed third in the shot put as a few members of the Temple women's track & field team competed in the Richard Stockton Invitational, held on Saturday afternoon.
Moore nearly hit ECAC marks in the discus with a toss of 130-6 to place first in the event. She went on to take third in the shot put with a toss of 38-09.75. Junior Brittany Weston also competed on the day, placing sixth in the hammer throw with a toss of 130-3.
The Temple women's track & field team will compete next in the Philadelphia Big 5 Meet, held March 26 at Franklin Field.
