Squads made it through two and a half innings before game called
VILLANOVA, Pa. - The Temple softball team and Villanova were set to square off in a doubleheader on Tuesday afternoon, but rainy weather forced the postponement of the games after the teams attempted to play. The two squads made it through two and a half innings before the umpires deemed the conditions unplayable. No date has been set for the doubleheader to be rescheduled.
Temple, 18-18, 9-3 A-10, is back in action on Thursday, April 21, for a conference tilt at Saint Louis beginning at 6 p.m. Eastern Time.
