Women's Gymnastics Ready To Compete In USAG Nationals

Owls to compete in session one on Friday, April 8

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - The Temple women's gymnastics team has once again qualified for the team competition at the 2011 USA Gymnastics Women's Collegiate Championships, as the Owls are scheduled to compete in session one on Friday, April 8, beginning at 2:00 p.m. at the U.S. Airforce Academy. If the Owls advance as one of the top four teams, the finals competition will be held on Saturday, April 9.

Temple will be going up against defending champion Bridgeport, Centenary College and Seattle-Pacific in session one. Session two consists of Cornell, Texas Women's, host Air Force and Penn. The top four teams based on team score from the sessions combined will advance to the team finals on Saturday.
