Owls doubleheader at Army canceled
PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – The Temple softball team was set to play a final regular-season doubleheader at Army this afternoon, but Mother Nature had other things in mind. Looking to get in a final tune-up before the upcoming Atlantic 10 Championship, the Owls' games at West Point have been canceled due to rain.
TU (21-21, 12-6 A-10), experiencing its seventh canceled doubleheader of the season, will now wait to find out its seed for the conference tournament, being held May 11-14 at the 49ers Softball Diamond on the campus of UNC-Charlotte.
