Results
BOSTON – The running of the ECAC Indoor Track and Field Championships wrapped up on Sunday at the Reggie Lewis Center. In the event finals, Temple's 4x800 meter relay squad, made up of Victoria Gocht, Tonney Smith, Jade Wilson and Tashima Stephens, finished the race in 9:02.87 to earn the Owls a sixth place finish.
Also competing in the NCAA National Qualifying meet was Temple's Distance Medley Relay squad, which took 15th place. Anna Pavone, Tessa West, Elizabeth-Paige White and Jenna Dubrow combined for a finish time of 12:02.72.
Individually representing the Owls in field events was senior Alanna Owens, who took part in the weight throw, where she placed 29th in the event final with a throw distance of 15.15 meters (49 feet, 8.50 inches).
The Owls now will prepare for next week's NCAA Championships held at Boise State University next Friday and Saturday.
