Softball's Game At Dayton Canceled Due to Rain

Weather forces Owls to miss another contest
DAYTON, Ohio - The final game between the Temple softball team and the Dayton Flyers on Saturday, April 14 has been rained out.
With rain falling in the area this morning and forecasts for later in the afternoon calling for a chance of thunderstorms and heavier rains, officials had pushed the start time back at UD Softball Stadium, but the weather has not improved and the game was called.
Temple (17-17) will look to get back on the winning track with a non-conference doubleheader at Lafayette on Monday, with first pitch taking place at 3 p.m.
