BETHLEHEM, Pa. – With one meet under its belt already, Temple Women's Cross Country heads to Lehigh University for the 39th Annual Paul Short Invitational, where the Owls will take part in the Brown 6k race on Friday at 1:00 p.m.
Sophomore Jenna Dubrow led the Owls to their best ever finish at the Paul Short Invitational a year ago, with her 40th place finish, which was the highest placement ever by a Temple individual at the annual event. Dubrow, who is coming off a meet title at the Friend Invitational back on Sept. 14. The native of Jackson, N.J. has been Temple's top finisher in all seven races that she has competed in during her career.
Among the 10 runners going for the Owls on Friday, senior Tonney Smith, sophomore Chelsea Carelton and senior Rayna Kratchman return to the slopes after turning in top 10 times in their last time out.
