PHILADELPHIA - The brother of women's gymnastics senior Brianna Ferdinandi, U.S. Marine Vinny Ferdinandi, asked his sister for Temple Gymnastics t-shirts for Christmas. His wish was granted as Brianna and her teammates sent t-shirts for him and his entire unit in Kuwait.
"We sent over the t-shirts, and they sent us (the above) picture," said Temple women's gymnastics coach Aaron Murphy. "We support our troops and having them support Temple Gymnastics in return is very cool!"
