BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Temple women's tennis team snapped a three-match losing streak with a 6-1 win at Lehigh on Tuesday, March 11. The Owls are now 4-7 overall.
 
The doubles point came down to the third flight after the two teams split at the first and second. Alicia Doms and Yana Mavrina secured the point for the Cherry & White when they defeated Jamie Campisi and Jessica Graham at No. 3, 8-6.
 
TU earn all its singles wins in straight-sets, including a 6-0, 6-0 win at No. 6 from freshman Anais Nussaume, playing for the first time in nearly a month. The only loss for the Owls was a tough three-set decision at the second flight when Cassidy Cruz defeated Mavrina, 6-4, 6-7(2), 10-6.
 
Temple travels to Binghamton for a 6:30 p.m. match against the Bearcats on Friday, March 14, for its next action.
