Men's Soccer to Host Youth Clinic on Saturday as Part of Spring Schedule

2014 Men's Soccer Spring Schedule | Starfinder Youth Clinic
PHILADELPHIA – After a successful season in the fall for Temple men's soccer where they finished fourth in the American Athletic Conference after being picked to finish dead last, they have set a spring schedule to get them ready for next year.
Temple played at Georgetown last Saturday to open the spring schedule. They will travel to La Salle this Friday at 6:30 p.m. and play Loyola next Friday at 7:00 p.m. in Conshohocken, Pa.Â
On Sunday April 6th, they will play in the Soccer Six Play Date at Penn Park. Before the six schools play each other, the teams will have a youth soccer clinic with Starfinder Foundation. The clinic is for 1st-8th grade children with no pre-registration required. The cost is a $10 donation to Starfinder Foundation with cash or a check made payable to Starfinder Foundation. Starfinder Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that utilizes soccer, educational and personal development programs to inspire young people from underserved communities to achieve success both on and off the field. Drexel will be the first opponent at 2:30 p.m., and Saint Joseph's will square up against Temple at 3:30 p.m. The finals of the Soccer Six Play Date will start at 6:30 p.m.
Temple will play at Bucknell on Thursday, April 17 before hosting an alumni game at Ambler on Saturday, April 26th at 3:00 p.m.
