Temple University Athletics

From The Desk of Kevin Clark

What a wonderful start to the new year for Temple Athletics!!Â
On the field our teams combined for an 80 percent won-loss record over the first two weeks of the fall season, but off the field has been even more productive.
Our student-athletes were welcomed back with upgraded facilities, featuring new locker rooms, along with renovations to the strength and conditioning, athletic training and equipment rooms. - Watch Video
And the renovations are not complete. Â The Nancy and Donald Resnick Academic Support Center is going through a massive overhaul and, upon completion in later this month, it will truly be one of the best academic support centers for student-athletes in the nation.
Being able to provide a better quality of life for Temple student-athletes has been my main focus since I accepted President Theobald's request to take over permanently as Director of Athletics. Â I feel that if you provide the right support for our young men and women to succeed, good things will happen on the field and in the classroom.
With that said, I would be remiss if I did not thank our generous donors, who have helped fund these projects, and continue to help us maintain and grow our athletic programs through their philanthropy. Â Without YOU, Temple Athletics would not be able to succeed.
I look forward to seeing you at all of our athletic events this season, as it promises to be one to remember.
Go Owls!!
