Men's Golf 2014 Fall Schedule Announced

PHILADELPHIA – Head Coach Brian Quinn announces six challenging tournaments to make up the 2014 Temple Golf Schedule. The fall schedule will be highlighted by the Temple Invitational in October.
The Owls will open their fall schedule at the Hartford Hawk Invitational on September 22-23. To close out the month of September, Temple will participate in The Quechee Club Collegiate Challenge sponsored by Dartmouth College on September 26-28. Participants include Brown University, Cornell University, Dartmouth College, Fordham University, Princeton University, University of Connecticut, University of Hartford and the University of Pennsylvania.
Next up on the Owls' campaign is the Wolfpack Collegiate hosted by North Carolina State on October 6-7. Almost immediately following will be the Temple Invitational taking place at the Philmont Country Club in Huntingdon Valley, Pa on October 11-12. Quinn and his team will also be taking a trip to Washington D.C. for the two-day Georgetown Collegiate tournament on October 20-21. The Cherry and White will conclude its fall schedule on November 2-4 at the Wendy's Kiahwa Classic hosted by Charleston Southern.
The Owls will return with five members of last year's team. U.S. Amateur Championship qualifiers, Matt Teesdale and Brandon Matthews return as a senior and junior respectively. Teesdale and Matthews are joined by Liam Fahey, Alec Kissell, Evan Notaro, John Barone, Evan Thornton, Mark Farley and Hartford transfer Patrick Ross.
