Temple Suspends Women's Gymnastics Coach Aaron Murphy

PHILADELPHIA - Temple University has suspended head women's gymnastics coach Aaron Murphy pending an investigation into violations of athletic department policy, announced Vice President/Director of Athletics Kevin Clark.
The suspension will run throughout the duration of the investigation being conducted by the University's athletic department.
Assistant coach Deirdre Mattocks Bertotti will serve as interim head coach until the matter is resolved.
Temple women's gymnastics hosts the Ken Anderson Memorial Invitational Saturday at McGonigle Hall (1:00 pm).
