Capone is a senior majoring in strategic communications and has a GPA of 3.61.  This is the second straight year she has been selected to the Philadelphia Inquirer At-Large Academic All-Area Team and third straight year the Owls have placed a gymnast on the at-large team.  She was also named to the ECAC All-Academic Team.

Capone competed in all four events this season, earning a top score on all-around of 38.225.  She earned two medals at the ECAC Championships, placing third on floor (9.85) and fourth on vault (9.775).  She finished her career with four ECAC medals with a third place medal last year and fourth in 2013 on floor.  At the conference championship her vault score was a season high, and she set her career-high on floor.  She set career highs on bars (9.675 vs Ursinus) and beam (9.725 at Eastern Michigan) in her first competing on the two events after serving her first three years at Temple as a vault and floor specialist.
