Football starts the show off with coverage of the Owls preparing for their Cherry and White Game. Reporter Walt Ruff talks with redshirt freshman football player Aaron Ruff while reporter Patrick Johnstone interviews another redshirt freshman football player, Ventell Bryant.

Dan Ray the files a live report at Penn Relays with an update on Temple Women's Track. Then Kevin Malone the heads to the Schuykill to talk with women's rowing seniors as they are near the end of their careers. Jake Hyman then files an update on the field hockey team and its new coach Marybeth Freeman

Chase Senior then goes In The Zone with a story on one of Temple's hottest athletes, track standout Blanca Fernandez.

Ryan Wallen wraps up the show Temple's Athletes of the Year.
