STOCKTON, CA – Sophomore Trey Wren continued his hot play of late, carding a two-under 69 on the final round at the Visit Stockton Pacific Invite Saturday to help Temple to a 10^th place finish at the 13-team tournament Wren, who shot a 70 and 73 over the first two rounds, finished with a one-under 212 to tie for 11^th among the 78 golfers to play the 6,516, par-71 Stockton Country Club.

Redshirt sophomore John Barone, who shot a one-over 72 for his final round, was next for the Owls with a three-over 216 to tie for 28th overall. . Redshirt freshman Erik Reisner was next with a 222 to tie for 51^st..

Sophomore Sam Soeth rebounded from a tough second round (81) to card an even-par 71 to tie for 66^th with a 227 while junior Mark Farley completed the Owls' squad with a 236 (t-75^th).

BYU won the team title with an 18-under score of 834. Grand Canyon was 16 strokes off the pace in second place with an 850.

BYU's Patrick Fishburn won the individual title, shooting a five-under 66 on the final day to finish with a nine-under 204.

Temple ends its fall season at the City 6 Invitational on Saturday, November 5.
