Temple Among the Leaders in Football Graduations

The following Temple football student-athletes have already or are anticipated to earn their degree by the time Temple plays Wake Forest in the Military Bowl on December 27, 2016:

In a recent survey among FBS Sports Information Directors, it was discovered that the 26 student-athletes who will be on the sidelines for Temple in the upcoming Military Bowl will be the largest number of graduates for any of the 2016 bowl participants. Here's the list of those schools with 20-or-more graduates:
Temple (26), Nebraska (22), Alabama (21), Arkansas (21), Kansas State (21), and Idaho (20).
Among the Top 25 football teams in the College Football Playoff rankings (CFP), Temple has the third highest Graduation Success Rate (GSR) according to the NCAA's "calculation of academic success among scholarship student-athletes."
