A three-year letter winner ('12, '14, '15)

•    Graduated with his degree earlier this year (Criminal Justice)
•    Has played WR, TE and DE for the Owls

2016 (Redshirt Senior): Converted from wide receiver to tight end ... also changed numbers from 23 to 11 ... has seen action in ever game this season ... had a career-long reception of 67 yards at Penn State ... made first start of the season at tight end and recorded a sack in the game vs. Charlotte ... had a fumble recovery for a touchdown vs. SMU while on defense ... had a career-high in receptions at Memphis (5) ... recorded a career-high with 3.0 TFLs and 2.0 sacks, while also forcing his first career fumble vs. UCF ... recorded his sixth sack and second forced fumble on a play that resulted in a safety against USF ... caught his first TD pass of the year to put the Owls up 21-0 at UConn with .20 left in the first quarter.

2015 (Redshirt Junior): Started and made one catch for 19 yards against Penn State ... caught first TD of season at SMU ...  became more productive as the season progressed - 14 catches, 105 yards and 3 TDs in the last six games (20-155-3 for the season).

2014 (Redshirt Sophomore): Played in every game ... caught a six yard pass from Phillip Walker in the back of the end zone vs. Navy for his first career touchdown ... got the starting nod in week 3 vs. Delaware State ... caught an 8-yard touchdown pass from Phillip Walker to give the Owls the lead, and eventually the win, at Tulane.

2013 (Sophomore): Was one of the biggest stories of training camp - while converting from WR to TE was suddenly switched to DE ... it was supposed to be one day of “punishment” for being late for a meeting, however, Deloatch notched 7 sacks that day and spent a few extra days on defense ... was switched back to TE and the wakeup call worked as he moved up the depth chart to opening day starter ... played in 3 games and was 3-35 receiving before a knee injury derailed his season ... granted a medical redshirt ... wore jersey #84 after wearing #26 as a freshman.

2012 (Freshman): One of 14 true freshmen to see game action and one of just four true freshmen to earn a starting role … had four receptions for 42 yards on the season … made first career start against Cincinnati and led the Owls with four receptions for 42 yards.

High School: Played wide receiver for coach Stan Sexton at Phoebus HS … three-star prospect by Rivals.com … helped Phoebus to four consecutive VHSL Division 5 state championships … as a senior, was 7-180-2TDs receiving in the 2011 state championship game … 2010 All-District honoree … team went a perfect 15-0 in 2010 … as a junior, caught 30 passes for 522 yards and 5 TDs  … was 6-125-1TD receiving in the state championship game … selected to the 2012 U.S. Under-19 Team that participated in the International Bowl.

Personal:  Born Romond Deloatch ... parents are Romeo Deloatch and the late Wanda Deloatch … criminal justice major
