Volleyball Road Trip Visits Memphis and Wichita State

PHILADELPHIA --Â The second place Temple volleyball team has a pair of road games this weekend. The Owls visit Memphis on Friday at 8:00 p.m. EST and then play Sunday at #21 Wichita State at 1:00 p.m. EST.
THE OWLS
> Temple is 14-6 overall with a 10-2 record in conference play.
> The Owls have won seven in a row and 10 out of their last 11.
> On Friday, Temple swept Houston, 3-0, and on Sunday the Owls equaled the performance, blanking Tulane 3-0.
WEEKLY AWARDS
> Senior setter Kyra Coundourides and redshirt freshman outside Dana Westfield both earned American Weekly Honor Roll nods on Monday.
