Women's Basketball Inducts Two More Into Ring of Honor

During Sunday's game vs. UConn, the Temple Basketball Ring of Honor grew to include two more women's basketball players - Dora Lurie and Donna Kennedy. Lurie was Temple's star player between 1919 and 1922, captaining Temple's team that posted 67 straight victories, including the 1922 Eastern Intercollegiate Championship. Kennedy scored 1,156 points from 1979 to 1983, and at the conclusion of her playing career, she stood as Temple's all-time leader in assists with 507. Click here to watch video.
