From the Coach
> "The ladies have really been dialed in these past two weeks as we move closer toward the championship portion of our season," said head coach James Snyder. "I've been really pleased with the progress we've shown in training. Matching that energy on race day will be critical for us to realize our full potential. In our final tune up before the conference meet we've got to be aggressive and have trust in the work we've been putting in over the last few months."
