Volleyball Hosts Final Home Series this Weekend

PHILADELPHIA -- The Temple volleyball team plays its final home series of the season this weekend, hosting Wichita State on Friday night at 7:00 p.m. and Tulsa on Sunday at 1:00 p.m. Sunday's match will serve as Senior Day for the Owls' class of 2019 - Irem Asci, Iva Deak, Carla Guennewig, Mia Heirakuji, and Hannah Vandegrift.
THE OWLS
> Temple is 6-21 overall with a 3-12 mark in the American Athletic Conference.
> Last time out, the Owls posted a weekend split, falling at Tulane in four, and sweeping Memphis.Â
> On Friday, Temple won the second set against the Green Wave to tie the match at 1-1, but couldn't get another, falling 25-14, 18-25, 25-14, 25-17.
