Gymnastics to Preview 2019 Season Tuesday in Cherry and White Intrasquad

PHILADELPHIA—Temple women's gymnastics is set to showcase its new and returning talent at the Cherry and White Intrasquad on Tuesday, Dec. 11. The Owls will be in action in their practice facility, located in Pearson-McGonigle Hall, Gym 100. Warm-ups will begin at 2 p.m. and the events will start at 3:30 p.m. The event is open to public and free of charge.
This year's squad is led by a trio of new coaches. Head Coach Josh Nilson is in his first season at the helm of the Owls, along with Assistant Coach Rachel Inniss and Graduate Assistant Coach Zaakira Muhammad. The team is captained by senior India Anderson, junior Daisy Todd and sophomore Delaney Garin.
The Owls kick off the 2019 season on Jan. 4, as they will travel to Alabama to compete against the Crimson Tide, the Southeast Missouri State Redhawks and the Northern Illinois Huskies.
