Men's Basketball Heads to Tulsa for Final Regular Season Game on Sunday

PHILADELPHIA - The last game of the 2017-18 regular season takes Temple men's basketball to Tulsa for a 3 p.m. (ET) contest on Sunday, March 4 (ESPN3 / 1210 AM WPHT). The Owls (16-13, 8-9) edged the Golden Hurricane (18-11, 11-6) 59-58 at home in mid-January.
Scouting Temple
> After winning five straight and seven of eight, the Owls have lost three of their last four games. The first two of those were to #19/18 Wichita State and to Houston (now ranked 25th), and the most recent loss came at UConn on Feb. 28, 72-66 in a back-and-forth contest.
> The UConn loss came despite Temple's season-high 53 rebounds, the most for the Owls since a 55-rebound effort in a win at George Washington on March 3, 2009.
> Temple's most recent win was a decisive Senior Day victory over UCF on Feb. 25, 75-56 in its final regular season home game. Sophomore Quinton Rose scored a game-high 19 points and the Owls shot 51 percent from the field.
