Quotable
> "The key to today's distance medley relay was the good lead-off leg that Millie provided. A great lead off always sets up for the rest of the race, so she put us in a great position to dominate our heat. I think that our second and third legs, Sydney and Helene, had the toughest time because we had such a lead that when you're far ahead and running by yourself, it becomes difficult to determine if you're running too fast or too slow which can sometimes be discouraging. However, I think we are in great shape to continue to shave off seconds every chance we get to run this race, which will ultimately come with time. Overall we had a good first day here at Penn and we are looking forward to seeing the progress we will make tomorrow and Saturday." - Head coach Elvis Forde
Friday Schedule
