Temple Celebrates Alumni Day at Spring Practice

PHILADELPHIA - Temple Football hosted its 12th spring practice at Edberg Olson Hall on Saturday, April 7, celebrating both Alumni Day and Student Appreciation Day. The atmosphere of the practice was exciting as a record number of Alumni attended. Among the guests were former Owl and Arizona Cardinals' head coach Bruce Arians and newly minted College Football Hall of Fame inductee Paul Palmer.
"I thought it was fantastic," said Arians on today's practice. "There was so much positive energy in the meetings. The physicality of the practice I thought was outstanding. The comradery of people competing and shaking hands and hugging one another was also great."
The Owls have two practices left for the 2018 spring season. The Cherry & White game is open to the public and set to take place at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 14, at the Temple Sports Complex.
